With 20+ years of experience in the IT services industry, Anagha brings strategic insight to company’s leadership team, and deep operational knowledge of driving business growth, furthering partnerships, and leading cross-cultural teams. Always passionate about meaningful change, Anagha believes prioritizing people and streamlining processes that are the keys to success in today’s digital world. Anagha holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science & Applications from SNDT Mumbai. Widely travelled across continents and currently lives in India.
Ram Kumar Awasthi is Founder & Director of EBA SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, a growing information technology, consulting and business process services company, founded on 25th June 2011. Ram Kumar Awasthi completed his Bachelor degree in Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBIT), Kanpur in 1970 and Master’s degree in Engineering from Government Engineering College, Jabalpur in 1972. He started working in the UP Irrigation Department and retired in June 2010, with 39 years of experience as a Level 1 Chief Engineer Officer from Irrigation Department, Uttar Pradesh.

Shivanand Kalagi, Master in computer applications, has over 10 years of SAP experience as a technical consultant and solutions architect, supporting and developing solutions for ERP. His knowledge of SAP and understanding of the process makes him an integral part of the EBA Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He leads the ABAP team that specializes in SAP ABAP, ERP cloud integration, Data archiving and Data Security.
Shweta Som, Master in Computer Application , 9 years of experience in Functional Testing and UAT. ISTQB certified. Experience in different domains like Banking Applications, E-commerce , SAP-HCM, SAP-MM and Cloud testing of HRMS application. Taking up a role of Business Analyst for Account Payable Application and leading the Testing Team for SAP solutions, she has been handling different Testing tools like Tosca and Postman. Her dedication and ability to take up any challenge makes her an integral part of EBA Team.
Deepali Shreekant Juvekar holds a Commerce degree from University of Mumbai. In her early career, Deepali worked as a Content Editor in a reputed telecom company. She also has a vast administrative experience in construction company. Deepali joined EBA in 2018 as H.R. & Admin manager. With her 15 years of experience, she provides oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment, retention, compliance, compensation, training & development and various other administrative areas.
Kanchan Singasane is a “Program Manager” and she is responsible for managing cloud based products and SAP business process related products. Her primary education is Bachelor in Electronics Engineering and she is certified Scrum Master with a track record of successful deliveries of Sprint on time and within budget. Kanchan has ~18 years of experience in IT industry which covers H/W & Networking Security, Data Base , SAP security & Basis and is very well adverse with SAP landscapes. She is managing IT Projects for ~10 years in different sectors like Telecom, Construction, Finance & Manufacturing. She is effective communicator and is experience in working with American and European clients. During free time Kanchan like to spend her time in Painting and upskilling herself aligning to latest Agile & scrum approach, upcoming methodologies and how to bring agile mindset for managing complex IT assignments.
